This would be a very down to earth sort… and probably a veteran of a war… probably a ghost that will need some specific coaxing about moving on to the other side that includes other than for reasons of comfort and making acquaintances with fellows that also passed on… what may be unfinished besides the house — I’m sure that is essential to know before one would become trusted by this ghost. Its my impression that he’d not be inside; probably watching over the unfinished house from some cover nearby.
I’m assuming these ghosts love the feel of a cross-breeze and are big fans of minimalism…
