If you make New Year’s resolutions, you are far too aware of the fact that the New Year’s resolutions (or as I like to call them “Goals”) are so common. Lose 20 pounds, eat better, get organized, these goals are so boring. Blah! This year, let’s make up unique and unusual goals to make this process fun and not a chore. Here a list of Unique New Year’s Resolution (Goals) for 2014 in no particular order:

# 1 Unique New Year’s Resolution:
Read one bible verse at least 5 times each week.

# 2 Unique New Year’s Resolution:
I will make time on your calendar to write one book I will finish each month.

 # 3 Unique New Year’s Resolution:
Make one room or area or chair or couch in your home an oasis to read.

 # 4 Unique New Year’s Resolution:
I will read one self-improvement book.

 # 5 Unique New Year’s Resolution:
I will make a jar or box and put names of book I wish to read in it and pick one out when I am bored and start reading it.

# 6 Unique New Year’s Resolution:
I will stack books to read while in the bathroom.

# 7 Unique New Year’s Resolution:
I will give away one book this year that I loved.

 # 8 Unique New Year’s Resolution:
I will read more than watching movies or TV.

 # 9 Unique New Year’s Resolution:
I will go to resale stores to buy my books instead of buying new.

 # 10 Unique New Year’s Resolution:
After I read a book, I will donate it to a good worthy charity.

# 11 Unique New Year’s Resolution:

 # 12 Unique New Year’s Resolution:

 # 13 Unique New Year’s Resolution:
